1 Tea cup buttermilk
1 Tea cup milk
4 Raw Potatoes
Good pinch of Salt
About 2 tea cups of Wholemeal
Method
Place wholemeal and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and gradually stir in the milk and buttermilk. Beat lightly to make batter. Peel and grate the raw potatoes, remove any excess water and then mix potatoes into the batter. Heat pan and spoon mixture into pan as if you are making pancakes.
