My Granny's Potato Cakes

Potato Cakes Recipe
- 8 Cooked Potatoes
- 1 ounce of Plain White Flour
- 4¼ ounces of Butter
Method
Peel the 8 potatoes and mash them. Add the flour in small amounts and then knead flour and potatoes together. Roll out on table to one inch thick. Cut into triangles. Heat frying pan and add the butter. Put the potato cakes into the frying pan and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes, turning until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.
