Ingredients
- 1 lb Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Enough Buttermilk to make a thick batter
- Butter and caster sugar for spreading on pancakes
Method
Sift flour with salt and bread soda. Beat eggs in centre of flour and mix well. Beat in buttermilk. Drop spoonfuls on to a hot greased pan to cook.
