Potato Cakes
Recipe
Potatoes left over from the dinner were mashed with a pinch of salt and pepper. This was mixed with some flour. Beat a little milk and an egg together and add to mixture to make a dough. Roll out and divide into triangles. Fry in a little butter on a hot frying pan.
