One day Ailbhe was making Chocolate Biscuit Cake and I asked her could I help her and she said I could. She told me to mash the biscuits up, then to measure the ingredients and bring them to her to melt the ingredients.
Then we put the mixture into a tray so we could put it into the fridge to set. The next day it was set and we had chocolate biscuit cake!
Ingredients
- 1 tin condensed Milk
- 4oz/110g Butter
- 8oz/225g Chocolate
- 450g Rich Tea Biscuits
Method
Grease a 2lb/900g tin. Gently heat the condensed milk, butter and chocolate together. Stir carefully because it might burn. Add the biscuits – just throw them in and mash them up in the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into the tin and leave to set in the fridge. Cut into slices with a sharp knife and serve.
