Pancakes

We have pancakes once a year on pancake Tuesday.  My aunt’s pancakes are great.  Once when she was younger, she was making a pancake and she got the pancake stuck on the shelf.  She had to get the ladder to get if off!

Ingredients

• Eggs
• Flour
• Milk
• Butter
• Lemon
• Nutella

Equipment – Bowl, Pan, Oven, Soup Spoon, Plates

Method

Break the eggs and put them into a bowl with the flour and mix with the spoon.  Beat the milk and butter and pour in small bits of milk and butter and mix.  Spoon onto pan, when cooked put on a plate and spread with nutella.
