South-east Galway: Aspects of its History

On behalf of Abbey Heritage, our good friend, Michael Wright, UK, recently presented a copy of Nollaig Ó Muraíle’s Revised Edition and Translation of Mícheál Ó Conaill’s original book Cineál Fhéichín agus Síol Anmcha to the British Library.

We are proud that this new bilingual book, entitled South-east Galway: Aspects of its History, has been added to the six million plus books held by the British Library and will be available for educational and research purposes.

Recently, Abbey Heritage received an acknowledgement of the receipt of this book by the British Library and we publish below the letter received.
