My Holidays

 

MY HOLIDAYS

We got our summer vacation on the 21^st of July.  The weather was so fine then we could enjoy ourselves out doors as well as in doors.

We had a lot of hay cut down and as we had men working, I had to help mother with the housework.  I could also go to the woods as they are quite near.  It was beautiful there, the weather being so fine.

The mushrooms were also out.  I enjoyed myself gathering them and afterwards eating them.

The school was opened on the 21^st of August.
